Basic Knowledge of UNIX based operating system, i.e. SUSE and Redhat Linux.
Basic Knowledge of SQL.

Job Description:

24 X 7 Voice profile.
Basic Knowledge of UNIX based operating system, i.e. SUSE and Redhat Linux.
1+ year experience in remote technical support. Basic Linux and SQL knowledge.
A graduate preferably BCA/MCA/BTech or any other graduate with Computer background.
Good communication skills for call handling.
Good written and Verbal communication skills.
